  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

2    Initiate a Refund Request:

Return the Product:

  • Send the product back to us using the return address provided. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Inspection and Approval:
      • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • Refund Processing:
        • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

    5. Shipping Costs

      • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
      • Damaged or Defective Items

        • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at news@elvenbaum.com with your order number and details of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
